From the latest Swift comes this not at all delightful story. The story comes from Al Jazeera last Saturday.

When Kin Is Kindling

The idea that if something bad happens to you, a witch was probably to blame is nothing new in some cultures. It was once true here, back in the days of Salem's famous witch trials. And to a much lesser extent, it's still shows up from time to time among the crazies. But the practice is alive and well in other places.

Uncertainty may make you uncomfortable. Certainty makes you ridiculous.

Why not question something for a change?
