Going after homeopaths would just be a drop in the bucket.

Why continue? Because we must. Because we have the call. Because it is nobler to fight for rationality without winning than to give up in the face of continued defeats. Because whatever true progress humanity makes is through the rationality of the occasional individual and because any one individual we may win for the cause may do more for humanity than a hundred thousand who hug their superstitions to their breast.

The foundation of morality is to . . . give up pretending to believe that for which there is no evidence, and repeating unintelligible propositions about things beyond the possibliities of knowledge.

A rather tight turtleneck.

How about the time Billy Joel daughter tried to commit suicide?

"The "despondent" daughter of Billy Joel and Christie Brinkley downed eight sleeping pills in an apparent suicide bid yesterday and was rushed to a Manhattan hospital, police sources said......
.....Two law enforcement sources said the overdose was classified as a suicide attempt, though a person close to Alexa Ray said she only consumed a homeopathic antihistamine called Traumeel".

The only thing missing as a quote from James Randy. Something like, "Thank God she didn't take a hole box or two." wink

The article:http://www.nydailynews.com/gossip/2009/12/06/2009-12-06_alexa_ray_joel_daughter_of_billy_joel_and_christie_brinkley_will_be_fine.html
