I accidentally found this item while looking for Atheist Bus Campaign photos to manipulate:
Driver stops bus to pray

Agence France-Presse February 10, 2010

Transport bosses have apologized to passengers after a Muslim bus driver stopped his vehicle to pray, they said Tuesday.

The driver pulled over without warning in north London last week, put down a makeshift prayer mat, removed his shoes, turned to face Mecca and began chanting in Arabic, media reports said.

Transport for London, which runs the British capital's buses, trains and subway system, said it respected the religious feelings of staff, but asked them not to pray while working.

"On Monday 1 February a Route 24 bus, operated by [bus company] London General, was delayed following a decision by the driver to stop the bus to pray," it said in a statement.

The above brought to mind a previous and more serious 'stop to pray' idiot. He got his ass thrown in jail for ten years.

"We are all connected; to each other biologically, to the earth chemically, to the rest of the universe atomically."

"So you're made of detritus [from exploded stars]. Get over it. Or better yet, celebrate it. After all, what nobler thought can one cherish than that the universe lives within us all?"
-Neil DeGrasse Tyson
