I can't read the Chicken-Scratch Style of Chinese ideograms, but I've pretty much worked out out the Circular Style. (I imagine our Cuneiformist probably employed much the same commonsense learning method to cuneiform text that I have to Circular Chinese.)
So, as a kindly aid to those who might plan a visit to the capital of Taiwan, I have taken the time and effort to render the following sign intelligible in English. I've added the translation onto the sign, below:
