Christian Militia Violated Second Amendment, Prosecutors Say
Second Amendment Constitutional Law
Detroit, Michigan, 1 April 2010 (NNS)
-- Federal prosecutors today added further charges against eight members of the Hutaree Militia group. One other member of the Hutaree is still being held in Indiana after his arrest there. The new charges include making up names and ranks in the commission of a screwball rebellion tending to make the United States appear, rightly or wrongly, to be some kind of backwater Ruritania.

The eight already faced lesser charges, including seditious conspiracy, attempt to use weapons of mass destruction, plotting to murder law enforcement officers, being living mockeries of real soldiers, and rebellion without a clue.

The most serious charge against the so-called Hutaree is the violation of US Constitution, for being unnecessary, for infringing upon the concept of militianess and for establishing themselves as an unregulated Militia, all of which are expressly prohibited by Article II of the Bill of Rights:
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Thank you. Those "traditional" lawyers with their groupthink minds just can't see what the Constitution actually is obviously telling us. We've been under the thumb of Big Law too long. Somebody has to stand up to the experts.
