This Bandershot (John Benneth) guy believes that Uri Geller is a real psychic. He keeps going off on ad hominem attacks on James Randi, and he is especially fixated with Mr. Randi's homosexuality. Pathetic.

I just thought I'd share this little sad exchange with y'all.

Yeah, he's swingin' from the rafters. Here's his beef with Randi:
The John Benneth Journal
johnbenneth.wordpress.comProof for Homeopathy
The first question about homeopathy is this: Can serially agitated high dilutes (SADs), which are the constituent solutions used in homeopathic remedies, be identified from their liquid vehicles?

Although it does not conclusively rebut the placebo accusation, if we can see a difference in SADs within the water from whence they came, this in itself suggests that there are physical attributes in homeopathic medicine that may affect living organisms.

From this point, I don't understand any of it, so I put it up for those who might. The gist is that he thinks he's proved homeopathy and Randi disagrees.

Googling around, I found that he channels Mark Twain and is awed by Uri Geller, who also failed to hoodwink out Randi's million.

Didn't we just lose a dingbat similar to this?

He claims that homeopathy makes a bunch of detectable differences to the "structure" of the water. He claims that tests have already shown this to be true. But he offers no proper citations and much of the text seems to just be word salad.

Word salad with a nice, tart snake oil dressing is a long time favorite of the suckers. They'll scarf it up with nary a second thought. Nor even a first one, comes to that.
