There is a new tower that supposedly leans more than the famous one in Pisa: Leaning Tower

I don't know if it really should count though. To me it only like a building built with a curve in it. I would assume, not actually having been in the tower of course, that each floor above the point where it begin to "lean" is flat and measures the same distance from ground level no matter where you measure.
