Capetown, South Africa, 26 June, 2010 -- In a surprise move, the International Federation of Association Football today banned the nation of Venezuela from all future soccer tournaments.
At an impromptu meeting in the stands during the South Africa-hosted 2010 World Cup, FIFA's governing officers had to shout to one another to make themselves heard over the constant, mindless drone of thousands of cheap plastic horns wielded by fans.
