From that page:
Light Relief® uses infrared light emitting diodes (LEDs) to direct a powerful stream of warm therapeutic light deep into tissues, increasing circulation to target areas and relieving aches, pains and stiffness in muscles and joints.
The only practical benefit I can see is that it gets warm. In other words, it has the same therapeutic value as a heating pad. The rest is bullshit.

Yeah, and it must get only slightly warm. The whole point of LED is that they are small and give off very little heat.

So the question is, what power are the LEDs, and what wave-length?
Just because they are infra-red doesn't mean they are actually radiating heat.
