Sure it's correct, but what does it have to do with my getting "sufficiently pissed?" Do you think that police need to get angry before they'll call a wrecker for a car parked in a tow-away zone? Do you think an immigration judge needs to get angry before he'll deport someone?

If le Penseur wants to continue to insist that he is guilty of bannable offenses here (and he's already provided me with the evidence that he thinks is sufficient to prove it), then I'll ban him, no anger needed. Just like nobody in the judicial system need get angry to properly convict someone who confesses to a crime.

You, on the other hand... In the past, I've been much, much more than "sufficiently pissed" at you, bngbuck, to never want to see your name again, yet here you remain, posting privileges untouched. Go figure that.

Viagra for christ's sake! Jeezus, Mabuse, I've taken enough of that crap to raise Jerry Garcia from the dead! Much less get it up it, I can't even find the fucking thing. Somewhere around seventy-five it started receding into the bris and it's so deeply buried in my belly that BP couldn't dig it out! Every time I pee I get a blister on my navel that I have to pop!
Damn I feel so dirty for falling for it
Yeah, that happens. Don't feel too bad, there are plenty of others that have had that problem! Wash up, and carry on, and I be talkin' to you later, alligator.

hummer:
Believing you have been abducted by aliens does not qualify as a "philosophy of life" for example.

It certainly does.

Further, we alien abductees are a minority group of citizens that have had our rights violated.

So lay off the hate speech and oppression.

Humbert.....

I'm past the point of getting upset with you. It's pointless and you only seem to enjoy it. I do like highlighting your bad behavior though
Well, I certainly hope you can keep up the good work! Entertainment is certainly part of my purpose in sticking with good old SFN, and you are closing fast on Dude as far as comedic stardom is concerned!

Thanks, Hum, for your performances. You are highly talented!

dude :
You can't find one case, not one, in any of those countries where a person has had criminal charges laid against them for insulting another person.

Not one? In any country?

Right here in the United States there are many cases where people are charged with slander, or bullying and cyber-bullying, so don't kid yourself. In some cases those people who hurled insults are facing lengthy prison terms in cases where the person they bullied committed suicide. You should read a newspaper occassionally.

I'm going to agree with alienist's advice here, no further responses when it is clear he is incapable of, and uninterested in, a rational discussion. (just for you)

Same for le pensuer as well.

Okay, I'm going to start serving cheese with all this whining.

Although, the insults are starting to get amusing.

To LP, you keep complaining about how you are being treated here, yet you are still here. So you are either a masochist or a troll.

To deal with bngbuck, it is best to ignore him, unless you enjoy exchanging insults.

And to myself, stop giving advice

I am allowed to publish an article about you fucking your mom, about how drunk you get on a regular basis, and about how much of a degenerate asshole you actually are. Supreme Court says that it isn't a civil or criminal offense even if every word is false.

Wow. You are quite uneducated, and unaware of civil or criminal laws.

That would be called "libel".
All states except Arizona, Arkansas, Missouri, and Tennessee recognize that some categories of false statements are so innately harmful that they are considered to be defamatory per se. In the common law tradition, damages for such false statements are presumed and do not have to be proven.

ugly baby :
That you claim you've been abducted is not a "PHILOSOPHY OF LIFE" in any sense of the term.

Yes, it certainly is.

ugly baby :
We already have such a policy, so you're saying that I should execute it against your hate speech.

Absolutely. Just be certain to execute it against yourself and the other guilty parties first.

Dr. Mabuse not too bright. I suspect his Doctorate is phony.

I guess he missed the words "their life philosophy" in this rather small paragraph. The dr. needs an eye doctor, perhaps.
The Dutch penal code prohibits both insulting a group (article 137c) and inciting hatred, discrimination or violence (article 137d). The definition of the offences as outlined in the penal code is as follows:

* Article 137c: He who publicly, orally, in writing or graphically, intentionally expresses himself insultingly regarding a group of people because of their race, their religion or their life philosophy, their heterosexual or homosexual orientation or their physical, psychological or mental disability, shall be punished by imprisonment of no more than a year or a monetary penalty of the third category.[17]
