Saturn, for those that may have missed it, has at the last count 62 moons; a few number of which are called Shepard moons, that is they orbit within the rings. One tiny one is shown in the image above.

Hay Randy , was it you that posted some time ago a link to a video or something, that showed the Moon over a month in full light, showing how the moon moved over that time period? I'd like to see that again but can't even remember what the movement was called.

Thanks Randy. I find that fasinating as it appears to be a compound motion. Like more motion is going on than what it appears would be caused by the moon's orbit not having the earth on it's exact center and it's orbit elliptical, or something. I can't seen to get a full grasp on what's involved. Any thoughts people?
