I can understand that some people don't understand what's going on, the movement is not well organised and here in Toronto we really don't have much to complain about, it's being done more in solidarity with OWS than anything else. But some people go that extra yard to show how dim they can be when it comes to even trying to understand.

This morning our local all-news radio station had a man-on-the-street interview segment this morning, asking opinions on how the city handled the Occupy Toronto eviction. One comment: "I think they should have got them out of there right away. They don't own the park, we do."

I don't care where you stand on the issue, if you can't see the SCREAMING IRONY in that statement then just bang your head against the nearest wall until some sense can seep in through the cracks.
