The funds you have so far donated to our "health fund" were laughably insufficient. Do you people have your brains stuck in neutral? Few of you care about Richard Dawkin's health, and as for Baby Jesus, don't even get us started.

| Thanks, much, Mab. The problem is that each succeeding one of these gets more difficult to do well, as shock value becomes routine and a temptation to really go too far begins its enticing dance. I'm now just letting my mind percolate, so far without result. |
