Absolutely right. I was afraid someone would catch that right away, though I'd hoped getting rid of the iconic mustache (not as easy as it sounds) and giving him a different haircut (easier than it sounds) would help. You even found the original image I'd used. Amazing how ordinary he really looks, isn't it? Except the eyes ... those horrible eyes ...

I had a first thought. Kevin Trudeau. But you're right about the eyes. And Trudeau has a baby face that would be hard to miss. My second guess was Hitler, a lot from the intensity of his glare. From there it was easy. I just matched up photos.
