The face is familiar somehow. But I just can't seem to get it.

Uncertainty may make you uncomfortable. Certainty makes you ridiculous.

Why not question something for a change?

So how about a more helpful hint? Aldrin is in the photo already, so it isn't him.

Okay, fair enough.

Hint: It's not an astronaut. More like an anti-astronaut. You have been very close already.

Really, there was already sufficient info there, as I suspect you will see. (Not that I'd get it if our roles were reversed.)

Yeah. Bill Kaysing.
Nailed it, Kil! Yes, the late, great Bill Kaysing was the Rocketdyne rocket scientist engineer technical editor who pretty much single-handedly started the whole moon-landing denial thing, with his book, We Never Went to the Moon.

Kaysing essentially had no evidence at all for his nasty conspiracy theory, but instead just kept repeating the theme of his book title. One of his "points" is that after the first Apollo landing, some Dutch newspapers supposedly were skeptical. He didn't bother to even quote them, name the papers, or give their reasoning, from what I can make out. And that was his strongest evidence. He used a lot of bullshit Erich von Däniken-style "leading questions instead of statements" tricks.

And yet millions of people think we never went to the moon. Sigh.
