Not sure if it is something other folks have noticed, but for me the Home page has been taking a long time to load. IE 8 and IE 9. Suggestions?

I've had instances where SFN-page refused to load on FireFox 10, but I had no problem loading it on IE 6.0

I've also had the same issue for some time. I'm using Firefox. |

I'm having trouble with several pages. Active users (which might be a restricted page) has started loading slowly every time. And IE isn't an option for some of us. There is no IE for Mac. |

Using Firefox, I open a browser tab and click my bookmark for SFN. Then I open a second tab so I have something to read while the homepage loads, which can be almost a full minute sometimes.
Yeah, it's bad.

| What Kil said. I hadn't seen the homepage problems because my bookmark for SFN goes straight to Active Topics, and because I generally go directly to the pages I need to visit, I hardly ever load the homepage. |

On the other hand, I just went to the homepage, and it loaded in just over four seconds (I have a stopwatch).
Could it be a time-of-day thing? |
