Ha!

Uncertainty may make you uncomfortable. Certainty makes you ridiculous.

Why not question something for a change?

I'm trying to imagine what sort of people are in the outer edges of those domains. On the Atheist side, the non-overlapped people are probably those few who think they've disproved deities and despise agnosticism for being wishy-washy.

On the opposite side might be those few Agnostics who think the odds are about even that deities exist, and wonder how the Hell Atheists can be so sure of themselves.

Both are extreme outliers, I think, and don't represent most of the spectrum of freethinkers between them. I suspect both the bulk of the Gnus and most of the believers in accommodationism or in NOMA are within the huge overlap.
