I agree it doesn't look much like what we'd expect, but it is Daniel Radcliffe. The face alone, that is. Congrats, OffC! You've gotten yet another!
Radcliffe is looking less like Harry Potter every day. It's been some time since I Photoshopped that OP image, but I believe I may have gotten the face from this (or a very similar) photo:

| By the way, I normally use as a minimum, the front portion of the person's real face from the eyebrows to the chin. Sometimes I use their whole head, but usually I use somewhere between the whole head, and that minimum part of their face I've described above. This way, the forehead, ears, or hair you see may be deceptive. For my purposes those features are not part of the face. |
