Bad Translator lets you input an up to 255 character English phrase and have it translated back and forth from one language to another, with the final output being in English.
This reminds me of the very old, early-computer-age joke:
A US Government agency needs to swiftly translate between English and Russian, in both directions. The 20-ton computer, with a massive 16-bit processor and 32 thousand bytes of main memory, eight tape drives and sixteen 300-megabyte removable platter disk dives, fits snugly into a medium sized warehouse. A team of fifty system analysts and COBOL programmer work five years, and are at last ready to test the translation program.
The Director of the project decides to type an English phrase into the Teletype terminal, have the computer translate that into Russian, and then the computer would translate the Russian phrase into English, with the result being printed out at the Teletype terminal.
The Director types:
OUT OF SIGHT, OUT OF MIND.
And presses the Return key.
Several minutes pass, then at last the Teletype begins to rattle. It prints:
INVISIBLE IDIOT. Anyway, I decided to try quotes from famous skeptics in the same manner.
These are my first attempts using Bad Translator:

Following that speech by Henry V (after suffering a concussion), the baffled and demoralized English were decimated under the hooves of the French cavalry. Another run with that speech produced this:
Small Ns, ns the small glcklich, ns orchestras of Brder.Because that him / this loses today, yours / his/her blood with me l becomes, my irmo; Him / this waistband terribly ne'er, This gedmmertes lack lightly yours / their gentlemen of condition. And in England now in agreement with in immaginer of bed same accurst, him / this the one of her / this in the here, AND behlt the one of her / yours / the preisgnstige of Mnnlichkeiten of them the small times, each speech kmpfte with him our waistband for the saint-day of Crispin. | Either way, not quite as rousing as Shakespeare. |
