Yep...as soon as I saw "Nostrodamus" and "atheists" I thought it's either Markuze or someone who's imitating him.

So, I wonder how prosecutors and Dennis Markuze's judge will react when Denny's violation of court terms become known to him. Markuze (if he's capable of that much rationality at all) is probably counting on getting just another slap on the wrist.
But funny thing: Judges tend to come to think as themselves as minor monarchs. It's an almost unavoidable professional hazard. The same thing happens with sea captains. They often react rather negatively when someone makes to them promises, then blows them off. They start musing about "showing this guy who's boss" and "making an example of this rascal."
If there are any lights on in Canadian courts, I expect Markuze will be soon be placed in some sort of involuntary supervised residence, and made to stay on his anti-psychotics for a change. Being kept captive and made to take drugs is not a perfect solution, but it beats the Hell out of the alternative, which is having a paranoid madman running loose and making more death threats. Or worse. |

Kil, could you email me the IP address and any other information such as the account email address for the OP on this thread? Markuze is now in direct violation of his plea agreement, which PROHIBITS posting on any discussion forum. I plan to call the prosecutors on Monday with this, and I need as much evidence as I can that this came from Montreal and so on.

Since Markuze has already been convicted and sentenced to 1-1/2 years in jail for his admitted crimes, that suspended sentence may be revoked with the mere stroke of a pen by the judge. The judge would hopefully stipulate that his time be served in a lock-up mental health facility.
Even if that action (probably the best choice available) is taken, I would expect Markuze to be "up to his old tricks" once again -- somewhere around the end of January, 2014.
