Well, if I could load it on windows 7 and get it to work I might show up too but I can't, so I don't. Not all problems are as bad as they first appear, however some are. The help pages are useless for whatever is the problem with me. I've given up trying. |

You should be able to go to http://java.com and download and run the installer as administrator. |

One would think it was that easy but you used the word "should" so even you know shit might come in to play. I originally had trouble getting it properly loaded when I bought this laptop, where I had to try over several weeks, on Wednesday nights before I got it to take. Eventually succeeding once. I since had issues with my Wifi and restored my system back to "out of the box" and lost it. Since then like even right now, following your link get's me an error message and I'm just not motivated enough that I want to fight with it any more. Welcome to the wonderful world of microsoft or whatever. Thanks for the suggestion Thor. Maybe will work another day. |
