I'm thinking that this thread might also be moved to the conspiracy-folder or the humour folder. On the other hand, isn't the science of Social Issues the very definition of Anthropology?
Anyway... Regarding people living in the Devonian:
It's a plot device the TV series FRINGE, The first people.
One of my favourite TV series. If X-files and Twin Peaks (or perhaps Outer Limits) had a baby, Fringe could be it.
People before the dinosaurs is also a plot device in the sci-fi novel Hawksbill Station by Robert Silverberg
In a future society which developed the technology to send people back in time (one way only), a maximum security prison is set up in the Pre-Cambrian era. Male prisoners are sent there, where they can neither escape nor do any harm.
The TV series Terra Nova has people time-travelling (one way) to the Cretaceous to establish a colony in order to save mankind from a coming inevitable self-induced extinction.

Looks like he's been doing drive-by postings for the last month or so. He has had his own message board for a couple months, but little activity. Maybe that's what caused him to branch out to the internet in general. Also posts on Usenet groups. Seems to be channeling Velikovsky with some anti-atheist + anti-science + homophobia thrown in as seasoning.
Results in something like a surrealistic monomania (my descriptive term, not a diagnosis by any means). Entertainment value is exhausted after reading 2-3 posts. I give him 2/10. Would have given only 1/10 but I felt the story of the home invasion where he came back from being stabbed in the heart to triumph over the team comprised of his own imposter allied with Richard Dawkins warranted a bonus point.
