Ha! Not knowing about the possible color/s a behemoth like that might come in I missed that it was tan. Your comment balloon says " ES UN TORO TAN! " I read it as a clue, ES (UN TORO= a "bull") TAN. Which got me to ES TAN bull. That wasn't a clue? It was for me!
Yup, a clue, and snapped up right smartly! All I did ineed was Google-translate "is tan bull" to Spanish. I'd not expected tan to translate as tan, however.

Correct! The world's most populous city at 25,019,148 by the way. Give or take a few tens of thousands.

I got lucky. That one was right up my ally though. Being a sailor of sorts. To tell the truth, I was completely clueless when I first read it, completely clueless. Good job!

Kind of looks like a giant Chia pet, covered in lichen.
The particular lawn ornament is called "Lady Miss Bunny" by it's owners.

Perhaps, but I cannot find a city named Lady Miss Bunny in any country. Not even in Japan.

What about a Moss Cow?

"Not even in Japan", that's funny. If it was a city, it could only be in Japan.

Perhaps that's a red herring and not a real clue or,,, perhaps it is a clue. What is lichen closely related to? I googled "moss cow" to see what I would get and I got your very picture on the first page of results (Bingo!). I ran the article to it's link and in the article it stated this about the "moss cow".

This moss cow was a birthday gift from Rob a number of years ago. This spring, I took it apart, and re-mossed some sections, and repaired others. It is the only sculpture in my garden. Lady Miss Bunny-is she not beautiful?
I'm sorry if I stepped on your role here. It won't happen again. You run these just fine, I didn't think it through until after I posted.

So?? Is H. Humbert right?

Never mind stepping on my act. "Lady Miss Bunny" had me cackling for quite a while. It is indeed what a planned city might be named in Japan, where "cuteness" is a prized and exportable commodity. If Japan's military ever gets an H-bomb, they will probably paint a Hello Kitty on its side.

Then China would have to get into the cuteness arms race with its new stealthy fighter jet:

I suspect the original, if a photo at all, was enhanced a bit, but not by me. Except for the panda I added.
