I recently had a bad experience with a certain airline and I want to write a review. Aside from forums, where else can I write, hopefully, so that their management / leaders will see it? I already went on their website and they only provide an email address for comments/suggestions/feedback.

I've heard Yelp is popular for that sort of thing.

I found this comment site / page for bosley reviews. Do the actual companies reply to this site / page?

Thank you!

I will also check yelp.

Your link is to an Amazon.com review page for a product called "Bosley Revive Starter Pack for Visibly Thinning and Non Color-Treated Hair." Amazon.com sells all sorts of products, and they let customers review those products. Some customers pay attention to Amazon reviews. Don't know if many companies do.

Once I had a problem with a famous hamburger chain and I sent a message to the email address posted in their receipt. They replied and asked for more details regarding my issues.
