I think because Hemophilia can be mild, moderate, or severe, depending on how much clotting factor is in the blood this is a cure for some. Aren't there other considered cures and treatments that are not 100% effective for all patients? They are cures for those it helps and this is no different. Imo. |

I still sometimes eat bread as open-faced sandwiches, and I rarely eat pasta anymore.
