I am confused as to the difference between corrective and preventive action. Can anyone here help me understand what is corrective and preventive action? How do you document and control corrective and preventive actions?

Based on what I have read and understood, these corrective and preventive actions are both methods done to improve a company's system and standards in order to eliminate undesirable risks. However, I'm not knowledgeable about the exact process of doing it. |
