So... Our chat room is something I pay for every month, and there doesn't seem to be much interest from most of our members to visit our scheduled chats anymore. It's only around 7 dollars a month now, so it's not been a burden to pay it, but is it worth keeping it open?

I'd be more than happy to not close it, and I also feel like it's another way this site is losing to social media. I can't twist arms to get people to come to chat for what is supposed to be an enjoyable hour or two with discussions on skeptical topics, and really anything.

This isn't an announcement that I'm closing chat down. I'm opening it up for discussion to determine if that's what I should do. It could be that some members don't even know we have a chat every wednesday night. I dunno.

Let me know what you think.

Thanks!

Uncertainty may make you uncomfortable. Certainty makes you ridiculous.

Why not question something for a change?

I enjoyed the chat when it was available for me. However, since the difference in time-zones no longer presents me with an opportunity to participate...

A pity to lose it,
but if no one is using,
who notice it's gone?
