I am a film maker and recently released a documentary on the biblical Jesus his intentions and motivation. I would be interested in feed back on the documentary if you care to watch it but also would like to know what you think motivated Jesus if looked through the lens of biblical character.

Even before the first minute is out, you've manage to make a major faulty assumption; that non-believers accept there ever was an actual person named Jesus as depicted in the Bible, or even that the Bible is anything but fiction.

It's considered a fringe opinion to believe that there was not an historical Jesus. |

It's considered a fringe opinion to believe that there was not an historical Jesus. | Not being a Christian, Muslim or Jew is a "fringe opinion," so it shouldn't be surprising that the idea that Jesus was entirely a myth isn't popular.
But an appeal to the popularity (or lack thereof) of an idea is no indication that the idea is valid.
Where is the contemporary, extra-biblical evidence in favor of Jesus' existence? For example, the Romans were meticulous record-keepers, so why is there no record of a riot at the Temple in Jerusalem when Jesus violently drove out the moneylenders? |
