Hi, I am an athlete. For the past one week, I am suffering from knee pain. I feel pain in the back of my left knee. It hurts when I walk or run. Nowadays, it is very difficult for me to practice with this pain. I shared this problem with my friends, they told me to undergo some physiotherapy treatments. One of my friends suggested me a clinic in Burlington to get help from their sports injury rehabilitation program. I have searched for this physiotherapy treatments and came to know that these treatments include some physical exercises. Will it possible to do these exercises at home? But my hubby is not allowing me to do this at home. He is telling that it is better to get help from the clinic. But I would like to know the opinion of others who had undergone this treatment. Will this procedure painful? Please help me with your replies.

We're getting a new kind of spammer.

Uncertainty may make you uncomfortable. Certainty makes you ridiculous.

Why not question something for a change?
