1. People you trust or even love can pass on misinformation and even outright lies.
2. Feeling truth is not necessarily actual truth.
3. Sin is fiction.
4. People don't come back from being truly dead.
5. Christianity isn't just fiction, it's poison.
6. What's not to get?

This is not a good thing. Islam will fill that void. Islam is like hotel california, you can check in any time you like, but you can never leave. Oh and if you marry outside islam your spouse has to convert, and your kids will be Muslim too. You can't beat that kind of scheme.

Yeah, I never see Christians bringing up their kids as Christians. I never see kids of Christians disowned or disinherited if the kids stop being Christian. Christian parents are never disappointed if their sons and daughters marry someone who isn't the exact right kind of Christian. There's absolutely no pressure with Christianity. None at all.

Never forget that Christians have killed people for apostasy.

Christians struggling with a loss of faith can turn to these resources:

And Dare to Doubt has a great list

Oh, also:
Well-known organisations who support ex-Muslims in the United States include Ex-Muslims of North America (EXMNA, co-founded by Muhammad Syed, Sarah Haider and others), Former Muslims United and Muslimish.

Yes, because we all know that a muslim is a muslim is a muslim, and that Islam has no sects, or subsects, and even if it did, none of them are very liberal in their approach. I'm certain that my Bengali next-door neighbour only puts up Hallowe'en decorations to lure children into his stewpot. When he sits on his front porch having a smoke and drinking a vodka, he's just lulling the rest of the street into a false sense of security. It's going to be a bloodbath soon, just you wait. He's been lulling us all for about 6 years now, so, any day...

You fiend! Never have I encountered such corrupt and foul-minded perversity! Have you ever considered a career in the Church? - The Bishop of Bath and Wells, Blackadder II

What makes you so sure that islam will fill any void? So far, it seems that it's just secularism that's filling the "void".
