Penn Jillette (one half of the Penn and Teller magic act) now hosts a radio program out of Las Vegas from 2-3pm EST on weekdays. I am lucky enough that this program airs on a local station and the time slot just happens to coincide with my drive into work.

For those who aren't familiar with him, Penn is a magician, skeptic, juggler, Libertarian, atheist, and a high school drop-out (though quite intelligent). The show is a very loose format where he and co-host Michael Goudeau discuss news items or take calls from listeners. With only an hour to fill each day, the amount of weighty subjects they cover in an upbeat and humorous way is quite impressive. If the program doesn't air in your area, the web site I linked does have segments of past broadcasts available for download in podcast format. I recommend "Hitler and Abortions" or "Penn & Teller's Real Life Games." Good stuff.

I'm going to buy the Bullshit DVDs since I don't have HBO and have only seen one of them. I'd love to hear the radio program.

Just bumping for those who may have missed this and because the interview with Adam Corolla is (partially) on the web page now.
