Sure, I'd entertain the concept that the charges might have been done surreptitiously. Indeed, why not?
But then, the picture of a bunch of highly skilled powder monkeys loaded down with probably a couple thousand charges, at least an equal number of detonators, miles of wire plus odds and ends like duct tape, and clambering through walls and ceilings looking for structure. (hehe) And an engineer trying to read blueprints with a penlight clamped in his teeth and asking, "Wheredafuck are we?" around it, and I can no longer keep a straight face. 
Don'tcha just love it when engineers get lost in the dark... 
Advice: believe nothing that is not backed up with empirical evidence, not even God(s). And especially believe nothing found with no visible means of support on some web site. Not even this one.
