| I saw some coverage of this on various sites. It's clear that the Republican Party has troubles, as the theocratic wing is starting to discover that it doesn't have much in common with the plotocratic wing. For Dobson, Gingrich is a last vestige of the old days of the early Clinton years when the plotocrats had duped the theocratic voters into thinking that they cared. |

I don't remember when Dobson ever made any sense, mainly because the ones who make sense seldom receive much press. Only when they drink deeply of the Kool-Aid and transform into utter shitheads do they become at all noteworthy.
As far as I've seen, Dobson is just another child-beating pervert with a pulpit, differing from Fred Phelps only by degree.
