As the old limbo line goes, "How LOW can you GO?" With his current bravado, Bush shows only contempt for a very large segment of US citizens.
The most important thing for him is winning for himself. It's taken too many too long to see that in him. I'm guessing that's why the Reagan Fantasy was invoked so often at Simi Valley this past week.
