It's an ornate toadfish, differing from most toadfish in that it is, well, ornate. That is to say: not very ugly. Beyond that and it's unusual beard, it will devour anything it can swallow, which means anything only a little smaller than itself and has venomous spines -- in short, it's just another stupid toadfish. But ornate. Yes.
