Is it? Because you seem to have the same problem understanding basic concepts in logic like they do.

Really; because my logical conclusion to data do not fit your preconceived reality, I do not understand logic? Any who disagree are lacking in a capacity that you two posses beyond your opponent in argument? That seems to be an internalized ad hom attack which prevents you from discovering that, sometimes, you might be wrong. This leaves you in a box of delusional reality.

What a man believes upon grossly insufficient evidence is an index into his desires -- desires of which he himself is often unconscious. If a man is offered a fact which goes against his instincts, he will scrutinize it closely, and unless the evidence is overwhelming, he will refuse to believe it. If, on the other hand, he is offered something which affords a reason for acting in accordance to his instincts, he will accept it even on the slightest evidence. The origin of myths is explained in this way. - Bertrand Russell

Once again proving that you remain among the clueless Jerome.

You have yet to present an argument on these forums that is logically consistent.

Evidence Jerome. Its all about the evidence. A small fact that continues to escape you.

As long as Micheal Griffin is your most credible anti-global warming source, you are the one living in a box of delusional reality. How many dozen times have you been told that a handfull of dissenters does not make for a controversy on MMGW? Yet you persist in dredging up a few people who are deniers, and some of them aren't even really deniers. The french guy's work was cited in the part of the IPCC report that dealt with mitigation, Griffin doesn't deny global warming at all, he just says we should ignore it... but none of that is really relevent to this thread.

Your complete inability to comprehend the words of other people, and your constant distortion (probably intentional) of other people's words, seriously detracts from your credibility.

Go read a book on basic reasoning skills.

Ignorance is preferable to error; and he is less remote from the truth who believes nothing, than he who believes what is wrong.

The fact that you consider your conclusions to be logical, while others' conclusions are nothing more than preconceived notions, simply displays your own preconceived reality that everyone else must be wrong if they disagree with you, Jerome.
Any who disagree are lacking in a capacity that you two posses beyond your opponent in argument?
Who said that (besides you)?

My irony meter just had a meltdown.

This might be the meanest thread yet.

Sadly, I saw it going here. After 9 pages, it's still the "so-and-so is an asshole" thread.
