CIA personell provided evidence that Sadam Hussein had no weapons of mass destruction.
On Sept. 18, 2002, CIA director George Tenet briefed President Bush in the Oval Office on top-secret intelligence that Saddam Hussein did not have weapons of mass destruction, according to two former senior CIA officers. Bush dismissed as worthless this information from the Iraqi foreign minister, a member of Saddam's inner circle, although it turned out to be accurate in every detail. Tenet never brought it up again.

Isn't treason grounds for impeachment before they send him to the Hague for war crimes?

Ooh, you better believe that's a paddlin'. Lie about a White House sexual affair with a woman?: That's an impeachment.
Lie about a foreign country to justify an invasion and occupation that will kill tens or hundreds of thousands?: That's a Crusade.
This bastard seems to be getting away with his mass murders and all his lesser felonies. I hope, that at the very least, George W. Bush is hounded and heckled the rest of his life. I hope he will never be or feel safe wherever he goes, as he tries to make that post-office career he wants, promoting a book, and doing the high-priced lecture circuit.

GW has failed at every major career endeavor of his life and his presidency is no exception. His presidential legacy is going to be discussed in terms of whether he actually was the worst president ever or if maybe Grant was worse, and so on. However, I believe he will never be held accountable for any crimes, any negligence, any poor judgement no matter how bad the fallout from his administration's blunderings. And neither will any of his neocon innner circle. That's how justice works in the US: Got money? Got power? Got "justice" in your back pocket. |

Anyone who'd been paying attention to and after the first Gulf War knew this already: Saddam had jack-shit! I thought he might still have a few rusty, old SCUDS laying about, but it turned out he didn't even have that. I was darkly amused by the claimed "mobile chemical labs."
Bush is a liar, a thief, a coward and a traitor, and deserving of no consideration beyond his legal rights under the law, which is one hell of a lot more than he'd extend to anyone else.
Hanging's to good for the motherfucker!
