Why did I think that cool stuff was written by Ig? Sorry, Hawks, it was your awesome trip I was using exclamation points for.

If anyone else can help out Greta Christina, who has just been diagnosed with a (hopefully) easily treatable cancer, that'd be awesome.

I've been shut out of SFN for several days, by what seems to have been a DNS server error. (My layman's understanding is that DNS servers work to translate URLs like "www.skepticfriends.org" into numerical IP address such as "208.106.130.252" -- or sometimes fail to provide such data.)

I researched a bit and found one solution: using OpenDNS as my DNS server. It seems to work, so I'm back.

Okay, nevermind. Greta is now having to deal with the stress of getting too much help.

If you're going to have problems, that one, at least, is a good one to have.

No kidding!
