This thread is for the social changes/personal goals you would impose on your subjects were you to acquire absolute power.(besides the daily virgin deliveries)
1.All pizza toppings go on TOP of the cheese.
2. Truth in advertising laws, no more claims of curing cancer to start.
3. Bribery/coersion/extortion/blackmail of an elected official would be punishable by death for one or both parties, for what is bribery but treason by another name.
4. All businesses which provide beverage service would be required to carry Coke, Pepsi is fine, just so long as you have Coke as well.
5. Attempts to subvert the wall between church and state, see #3.
6. All Scientologists are free to practice, in Canada.

What a coincidence...I'd have your penalty number 3 instituted for that in Canada.
As well as having this be on the back of all Canadian paper currency.

I would wreak famine & destruction upon all who disagreed with me in any way. I would blast their lands & fields down to the bedrock and place their mangled bodies, quick or dead, in the resulting craters to fertilize the new topsoil as it came in. Then I'd award those lands to my most dedicated toadies, after they fought to the death to see which are the most worthy.

Regarding your decrees:
1. Let them eat cake.
2. I'm with you - advertisers better be ready to produce empirical evidence to back up all product claims.
3. What elected officials?
4. Me and my RC.
5. The government shall be secular. You may practice what you preach in your home, but your donations to your church shall be taxed based on how your church uses them. And they shall be forced to account. Community service is fine. Reasonable operation expenses are fine. Everything else is taxable.
6. See #5.
Some decrees of mine own:
#1. All official communications shall be rendered in poor approximation of old english.
#2. Thou shalt not earn profit upon the critical needs of the public, including electric, gas, food, health care and education.
#3. There shall be a humanitarian minimum for all in the nation: adequate housing, adequate preventative health care, adequate food, adequate education.
#4. Thou shalt not smoke except in thine own home.
#5. Thou shalt not let thy body bloat or whither lest yea be health taxed.
#6. Money shall no longer equal speech and the purpose of the nation and the government shall be to further the interests of all its citizens.
