Nothing funny here, people. Now, move along. Look here for the context of this man's statement.

Having read perhaps half of that speech, my only comment is: What a fucking moron. So many lies and misrepresentations and spurious arguments.

Dr. Mabuse - "When the going gets tough, the tough get Duct-tape..."
Dr. Mabuse whisper.mp3

"Equivocation is not just a job, for a creationist it's a way of life..." Dr. Mabuse

Yes, I listened to the audio of his whole long talk. The quote I gave in the image above is clearly enunciated near the end of the talk. (McLeroy has since dishonestly "transcribed" it on his own site as "Remember, keep chipping away with objective empirical evidence." [My emphasis.])

He also presents a paranoid "Matrix" theory of his opponents.

McLeroy actually explains and promotes the Wedge Strategy, and tells his fundy church people how it allows Creationists to conceal their Theist agenda. He explains how important that concealment is, then bitterly complains that so many other members of the Texas State Board of Education seem to see right through the Wedge to the Old Time Religion behind it!
