I always like informative graphics like this, which convey their information so eloquently. I think the guy's onto something with this one. I'd place the fruit in pretty much the same locations.

This is from the wonderful xkcd cartoon site. (If you want to see the proper name of the panel, look there.)

You also don't get the mouse-over comments (which sometimes are the funniest part of an XKCD 'toon) by reposting them here.

While we're on funny food, have these 1974 Weight Watchers recipe cards ever made an appearance here? I was in a full comedic weep by whatever followed Snacks on Sticks.

Quite true, though I often forget that fact. And I'd advise anyone to make xkcd a regularly visited site.

I would place tomatoes at the top of "tasty" - (but I've had some really good tomatoes.)

On the other hand, a lemon can be a great thing when squeezed over fried fish.

Diversity, independence, innovation and imagination are progressive concepts ultimately alien to the conservative mind.

"TAX AND SPEND" IS GOOD! (TAX: Wealthy corporations who won't go poor even after taxes. SPEND: On public works programs, education, the environment, improvements.)

Apparently I'm the only person who enjoys eating a whole lemon.

Why continue? Because we must. Because we have the call. Because it is nobler to fight for rationality without winning than to give up in the face of continued defeats. Because whatever true progress humanity makes is through the rationality of the occasional individual and because any one individual we may win for the cause may do more for humanity than a hundred thousand who hug their superstitions to their breast.
