Didn't understand why at first, but when you follow the link, all becomes clear:

Stupid, dishonest and funny. And symbolic of ID as only something really screwed up can be. If it were not a hoke-up, it could be Dembski's or Wells' private ride, chauffered by BillScot with O'Leary serving as the stew.

I'll say one thing, the image certainly got my head spinning and my eyes blinking. It looks like the perfect example of Intelligent Design. That's sure more obvious and apt than that tortured "failed genetic algorithm" idea. Nice photoshopping, I must say (though probably stolen from some unrelated post). Lousy copy writing, though. Dembski must have done that part, the maroon.
