I can certainly understand your anger and problem in answering that question. Sorry you and your daughter had to go through that. I have a hard time understanding how any real father could completely abandon their child(ren). My circumstances are little different - I'm being forced to leave (my soon-to-be ex and I actually get along very well, we'll see if that holds when the paperwork starts to fly). Even though it hurts terribly some days knowing I won't be able to watch my kids grow up, I am morally, personally (and legally) bound to always be there for them as best I can.
