You know, I think I remember this guy from sometime earlier. I will need to check out the old SFN forum archive. I'm, not sure this topic belongs here. Sending it off to humor. One could argue all of Kasey's topics belong there.

John Morris is one to talk about
quote: Maybe that's the key. It takes a prior, gut-level commitment to evolution to continue to favor it in spite of the weight of evidence to the contrary.
Take a look at AIG's oath: http://www.answersingenesis.org/home/area/about/faith.asp
quote: IV. General The following are held by members of the board of Answers in Genesis to be either consistent with Scripture or implied by Scripture.
Scripture teaches a recent origin for man and the whole Creation.
The days in Genesis do not correspond to geologic ages, but are six (6) consecutive twenty-four (24) hour days of Creation.
The Noachian flood was a significant geological event and much (but not all) fossiliferous sediment originated at that time.
The Gap Theory has no basis in Scripture.
The view, commonly used to evade the implications or the authority of Biblical teaching, that knowledge and/or truth may be divided into ‘secular' and ‘religious' is rejected.
By definition, no apparent, perceived, or claimed evidence in any field, including history and chronology, can be valid if it contradicts the Scriptural record. Of primary importance is the fact that evidence is always subject to interpretation by fallible people who do not possess all information.
There is a difference between "bias" and taking an oath where you promise NOT to change your mind from the party line. No "evolutionist" University, Research Instituiton, etc. has people take any equivalent oath.
As for the "evidence" for creation stuff, you all know the http://www.talkorigins.org website, but here's another one.
http://www.glenn.morton.btinternet.co.uk/dmd.htm
He's a xtian, and a FORMER young-earther who quit because he couldn't stand the B.S. anymore. He has a lot of links, but you guys may like his "Personal Stories of the C/E Struggle" at http://www.glenn.morton.btinternet.co.uk/person.htm
His own story reveals how dogmatic and hostile YEC xtians can get when you don't toe THERE party line. See http://www.glenn.morton.btinternet.co.uk/gstory.htm where he says: quote: It appeared that the more I questions I raised, the more they questioned my theological purity. When telling one friend of my difficulties with young-earth creationism and geology, he told me that I had obviously been brain-washed by my geology professors. When I told him that I had never taken a geology course, he then said I must be saying this in order to hold my job. Never would he consider that I might really believe the data. Since then this type of treatment has become expected from young-earthers. I have been called nearly everything under the sun but they don't deal with the data I present to them. Here is a list of what young-earthers have called me in response to my data: 'an apostate,'(Humphreys) 'a heretic'(Jim Bell although he later apologised like the gentleman he is) 'a compromiser'(Henry Morris) "absurd", "naive", "compromising", "abysmally ignorant", "sloppy", "reckless disregard", "extremely inaccurate", "misleading", "tomfoolery" and "intentionally deceitful"(John Woodmorappe) 'like your father, Satan' (Carl R. Froede--I am proud to have this one because Jesus was once said to have been of satan also.) 'your loyality and commitment to Jesus Christ is shaky or just not truly genuine' (John Baumgardner 12-24- |

Hey Kacey/Karl: I notice that you like to complain that no-one refutes your posts (even though they EVENTUALLY do! ), for instance your claim about the modern man/dinosaur co-existence ideas on the "dragon thread", but I've noticed that you've never responded to some rebuttals of mine, which is strange because what I said was just a response to a challenge of yours. I'll just re-post the whole damned thing right here:
quote: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Could you present 6 examples so I can understand what you mean...or is this another uncalled for attempt to mock Jesus your creator? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
OK, (by the way, you said "another uncalled for attempt". Where was my first attempt?)
1.) When Jesus cursed the fig tree for not bearing fruit OUT OF SEASON. If he was as good as they say, he'd have MADE IT BLOOM instead of cursing it.-->he insulted their intelligence by railing at a tree that wasn't supposed to have figs on it yet! (a mild case, but still, he acted like a goof)
2.)Jesus had said that "all things are possible to them that believe" (Mark 9:23) but because of unbelief of others, Jesus was unable to perform miracles on occasion. (Matt 13:58, Mark 6:5)-->instead of admitting he was a fraud, he just blamed OTHER people!
3.) He said that who ever calls someone else a fool is in danger of hell fire, (Matt 5:22) but he himself called people fools other times (Matt 23:17, Luke 24:25)-->hypocrosy is, to me, a mockery of a person
4.)When the mother of a gentile kid asked Jesus to heal her daughter, Jesus ignored her at first, implied she was a dog, and didn't heal the kid until the mother admitted she was a dog, but even dogs get some table scraps. She had to demean herself before Jesus would help. Imagine a medical doctor treating a patient's mother like that. He'd be brought up before the ethics board! (Matt 15:21-28)
4.)At least some times when Jesus spoke to his mother in the bible, he addressed her as "woman". John 2:4, John 19:26-->for instance at the wedding where she asked him to help out. (he later relented and turned water into wine, BUT just imagine saying to your mother: "Woman, what am I to do with you?") If you don't think that's not showing disrespect, Kacey, try saying that to your own mother sometime!!
5.) Once, when someone asked if he could attend his father's funeral before going with Jesus, Jesus said: "Let the (it's assumed he meant "spiritually dead") dead bury the dead" --> or (let the dead bury their own dead), depending on bible version used. Let's face it, any employer who so callously dismisses the funeral of any employee's family member would be considered really rude.
6.) Jesus lied when he said: "I have spoken openly to the world; I have ALWAYS taught in the synagogues and in the temple, where all Jews come together; I NEVER spoke secretly" (John 18:20) This is in direct contradiction, however, to what we find elsewhere. Not only did Jesus teach in places other than synagogues and the temple, but HE HIMSELF SPECIFICALLY INDICATED THAT HIS TEACHINGS WERE NOT ALWAYS OPEN, BUT WERE SOMETIMES INTENDED TO BE SECRET!
He taught on the "mount" (5:1-7:28), by the sea (Matthew 13:1), on the plain (Luke 6:17-49), and in other places. To his disciples he said: "To you has been given the SECRET of the kingdom of God, but for those outside everything is in parables; so THAT THEY MAY INDEED SEE BUT NOT PERCEIVE, AND INDEED HEAR BUT NOT UNDERSTAND: LEST THEY SHOULD TURN ABOUT AND BE FORGIVEN" (Mark 4:11-12).--> this counts only if you consider lying to be a mockery. (found this one at http://www.infidels.org/library/modern/donald_morgan/jesus_was_hypocrite.html
Ah, shit. Good enough. Even if you can dismiss the first few, you can't dismiss #4. Besides, as I've pointed out, the http://www.jewsforjudaism.org site refutes the idea of christ being the creator in the first place, so I'm not mocking anyone who actually exists. Please note the failed prophecy of Matt 10:23.
My turn. You said that
quote: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nah, don't like that site. To many errors, 1/2 truths and bogus claims. But thanks for the tip anyway, --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So, can you give 6 examples of the talk origins site using bogus claims, lies, 1/2 truths, please?
By the way, I also notice from some new members testimonies that you like to hack into these discussion boards. May I recommend to the people who moderate these boards that if you ever do such shit here, that they hit you with the full penalty of the law?

Uber-bitch Xev would not need to be asked twice, Kayce. Uber-bitch Xev also knows some interesting people who would welcome the challange of cracking your system - not that uber-bitch Xev is threatening Kayce, just giving Kayce an idea of uber-bitch Xev's friends and acquaintences. :)
Thanks Ignored.

Any hack here will be temporary at best because we would just go restore from daily backups. Then we would contact legal authorities and do everything we could to a) get reparations and b)make sure the twit couldn't hack anyone else.
For the record, I am totally against hacking anyone's website no matter what the subject matter. Removing a website or content is up to local authorities.

I do not think that Kacey/kc/Karl/Kantclabber is going to be a much of a problem anymore, at least not here. He seems to have, like the storied Arab to have folded his tent and, in his case, skulked away.
I'm hoping to see him on another set of forums I attend. I'll not take part except to rat him out, if necessary. It'll be delightful to watch him go through THAT abatoir!
