Since so many of you are Chomsky fans, if nothing changes, you'll find ol' Noam on CNN this morning with Paula Zahn debating Bill Bennett at 8:20 Eastern time.

His (sort of) new book '911' has caused a stir, and I'm told Bill Bennett asked for the debate.

Bennett had the usual blather, no real substance, even used the idiotic retort that you hear here so often that Chomsky is an "America-Hater" rather than actually saying something of substance. Too short to get into much, really.

I agree. It's too short to be really interesting. It would've been nice if they could've devoted a whole 1/2 hour or more for the debate.
