First, you need to post in an appropriate place for this kind of issue. I will move this topic there. Please post forum related issues in the Website section.
Now what exactly happens? The respond button seems to work for everyone else. What browser do you use? What version? What operating system?
Do you get a specific error message? I mean, obviously you have been able to respond to some posts so I am sure it can be figured out.
