Greetings from Toronto, the site of the largest collective ass-kissing on the planet.

Between the road closures and the throngs mobbing the transit system, we're pretty well shut down. There's been so much media hype about the crowds that many have taken the week off, meaning no real delays at all.

So, what's the problem? I'll tell you what the friggin' problem is; this thing is being run by the Catholic church, arguably the richest enterprise on the planet, yet they have the collosal audacity and unmitigated gall to get sponsors to pay for everything! Everyone from pizza restaurants to aerospace companies are falling all over themselves to give this bunch money (note to Bombardier Aerospace; I'm not buying any more Dash 8's off you!). It's sickening.

BUT!... Combine a few thousand nubile young women, warm temperatures encouraging 'dressing down' (the archdioceses has distributed, to no avail, a pamphlet warning of pre-marital sex and immodest clothing), and frequent torrential downpours, and we are being treated to the largest 'wet t-shirt' contest this guy has ever seen! COOL!

Plus, can you imagine what the protestant fundies here are going through?! To them catholics are satan worshipping idolators, and the pope is the antichrist.

I'll bet they're pooping their bloomers!

Bailey's second law; There is no relationship between the three virtues of intelligence, education, and wisdom.
