Tim, Gorgo, and anyone who posted before the upgrade, you really must update your profile by selecting your Avatar again!!!!!

Uncertainty may make you uncomfortable. Certainty makes you ridiculous.

Why not question something for a change?

Okay. Why don't they show up? I'll check back later, but I'm not seeing anyone's avatar.

There was a major change in the coding that has made it so that everyone has to reselect their avatar. I am doing this bit by bit but there are hundreds to take care of.

They should, once you have reselected. But I noticed when I come on through aol, no avatars show up. I hardly ever come here on their browser. I was just testing it.

Interesting. I can see the pictures at work, but not at home. Wonder if that's in a firewall setting or something.

Yup. I shut off Internet Security and I see the Avatars.

How do you use your own custom avatar? I only have pre-set selections.

Do you have to have a certain number of posts to qualify.

If so I can ramble there rather quickly.

No, just send your avatar to atomic@skepticfriends.org and I will upload it and reserve it for your use only.

I couldn't reload my avatar on AOL. I had to download Netscape. Didn't take all that long, and I needed to repave my driveway anyway.
