Another question as well, would George W Bush allow UN weapons inspectors unfettered access to his weapons programs????
But the US are the "good guys".... |
Mistakes are a part of being human. Appreciate your mistakes for what they are: precious life lessons that can only be learned the hard way. Unless it's a fatal mistake, which, at least, others can learn from.

And I don't mean to make light of it either, Fireballn. But I've come to the realization that the invasion of Iraq is a foregone conclusion. Tha attack will take place when all military "assets" are in place and the moon is in it's waning phase, if not a new moon. 3 weeks max.
If there is any lesson to learn at all, it's that, if you start a war, for God's sake finish it. If Bush Senior had run Saddam into the ground in 1991, there would not have been the reprisals against the Kurds in the North and the Sunni Muslims in the South. A little more blood up front would have prevented a whole lot of blood later on.

If some US soldier came into my country and said,"I'm here for Saddam. Not you." I would blow his ass away and tell him to get the hell out of my country you self-righteous prick.
Don't tell me about protecting ourselves and our interests. I'm as against terrorism as much as any of you. But we are turning into terrorists ourselves. I'm not afraid of chemical and biological weapons. I'm afraid of the world coming to an end because of our American arrogance.

Well, I'm not quite sure. The U.N. is still on the inspections warpath and I don't see anything happening until late in March after they call of the inspections. That is unless they find more violations.
