I just wanted to share my frustration about this recent article in my local paper. The article is about this Astologer who did up an Astology chart for the whole country based on the date of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. I can't understand how this type of thing can get into out local paper. They must have been awful low on real news items.
Some real gems from the article:

Ah dimossi my friend, I fear that you vastly overestimate the critical thinking skills of the American public. We're all a bunch of shitheads who'll believe almost anything. Hell, if they'd gone national with this story, it might get an award. Indeed, the astrologer could well end up appointed Official Prognosticator to the White House (they need one). 
I no longer get very excited over these flim-flammers. After all, they ain't no worse'n Jerry Falwell, Pat Robertson, et al.
